1. Delivery Areas

We deliver orders across all regions of Lebanon, including:

Beirut
Mount Lebanon
North Lebanon
South Lebanon
Bekaa
Baalbek–Hermel
Nabatieh

If your area is not serviceable due to courier limitations, our team will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative.

2. Delivery Time

Standard delivery time:

1–3 business days depending on location.

Beirut & Mount Lebanon: 1–2 days
Other regions: 2–3 days

During peak seasons (Black Friday, holidays), delivery may take an additional 1–2 days.

3. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary by region and will be displayed at checkout before completing your order.

Standard fees:

Beirut & Mount Lebanon: 4 USD
Other regions: 4 USD

Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional handling fee depending on courier policies.

Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the product delivered was damaged or incorrect.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed on the same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed the next business day.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or national holidays.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive:

An email or SMS confirmation
Delivery ETA from our courier partner
Any relevant updates if delays occur

If you do not receive an update within 48 hours, please contact us.

6. Delivery Conditions

Delivery is made directly to your provided shipping address.
If the customer is unavailable, our courier will attempt to contact you or schedule a re-delivery.

Please ensure:

Correct address and landmark
Availability to receive the order

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays.

7. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If the order arrives:

Defective

Missing items

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or details.
We will arrange a replacement or return according to our Return & Refund Policy.
