At DS ONLINE, we’re committed to delivering a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. If something’s not right with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility Criteria

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • You’ll need to provide your order number or receipt
  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened skincare, beauty, or personal care products

How to Request a Return

Please email support@drugstoreonline-lb.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, send the item to:

Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If you’re returning a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning because you changed your mind, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund depending on your preference.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

  • Opened skincare, cosmetic, or personal care items
  • Items marked as final sale or purchased using gift cards

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, return the original and place a new order after your return is approved.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at support@drugstoreonline-lb.com.

Language & Country Compliance

This policy is provided in English, and we are working on adding an Arabic version for full transparency with customers in Lebanon and the MENA region.
