  • LBP

  • Payment is successfully processed (for card payments), or

  • You complete checkout with COD selected

  • You may retry with another card

  • You may switch to COD to complete the purchase

Repeated failed payments may lead to order cancellation.

Refunds are issued back to the same payment method once the return is approved.
Processing time: 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

B. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Refunds for COD orders are issued as:

  • Store credit, or

  • Product exchange

Cash refunds are not available for COD orders, except in cases where DS Online cannot fulfill the order.

Delivery fees are non-refundable, except when the delivered product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Orders with incomplete or incorrect information may be delayed
